Regular Technical Support

Regular technical support at BCIX is provided during office hours Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 CET/CEST. The normal communications channel for technical support is email to noc@bcix.de. BCIX aims for 4 hour response on all email support requests. BCIX operations staff is also available by telephone.

Emergency 24x7 Support

A 24-hour support hotline is available for emergency calls which fall outside normal office hours. This support facility is intended for emergencies only, including:

  • BCIX critical system failures disrupting normal service
  • Loss of service to member
  • Traffic anomaly
  • Security issues

If there is no immediate answer from this phone, please leave a message and it will be attended to as soon as possible.
